In the upcoming Modern Day Bodhisattva Seminar, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche will discuss how to transform the constant preoccupation with our own happiness and suffering into an expansive wish for all beings’ enlightenment. Continuing the themes of previous MDB Seminars, Rinpoche will give practical advice on using our very own mind and life circumstances to deepen our self-reflection and develop our good heart.

This program includes four formal teachings, questions and answers with Rinpoche, periods of meditation, and discussion groups led by senior students. The program will conclude with a ceremony for those who would like to take refuge and bodhisattva vows.

“Bodhisattvas spend their time and energy intentionally thinking of others’ happiness and forgetting themselves. Developing such kindheartedness doesn’t just happen. It’s a practice” – Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche
