Pema Osel Do Ngak Choling

Pema Osel Do Ngak Choling is our new study and practice center in Vershire, VT. Rinpoche's vision is for the center to support the existing Buddhist community on the East Coast. It is also a place where students who wish to study with Rinpoche can make a connection to Mangala Shri Bhuti.

We will host Rinpoche at Pema Osel a number of times a year for teachings. We aspire for other lineage teachers to come, teach and bless the land. Each Sunday we sit together from 10 a.m. to noon. We also have monthly work and practice weekends, and host live web streaming when Rinpoche teaches in Colorado. Part of the development plan for Pema Osel is an area for solitary retreat.

Pema Osel Do Ngak Choling sits in a secluded and peaceful area of hills and valleys. Vershire is located on the eastern side of Vermont in the scenic Upper Connecticut River Valley. The river forms the border between Vermont and New Hampshire. We are located 30 minutes from Hanover, NH. Driving time from New York City is 5 hours and from Boston, 3 hours.

Sunday Sitting

Please join us for meditation Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. The morning schedule begins with opening chants, followed by sitting and walking meditation and closing chants until noon.
