Pema Osel Do Ngak Choling is Mangala Shri Bhuti's study and practice center in Vershire, VT. Kongtrul Rinpoche's vision for Pema Osel is that it serves his own students as well as the larger Buddhist community on the East Coast.

Rinpoche teaches a Mahayana Seminar and Dzogchen Seminar each year at Pema Osel. Sunday sitting takes places weekly from from 10 a.m. to noon. We also have monthly work and practice weekends and host live web streaming of Rinpoche's programs in Colorado.

Pema Osel Do Ngak Choling sits in a secluded and peaceful area of hills and valleys. Vershire is located on the eastern side of Vermont in the scenic Upper Connecticut River Valley. The river forms the border between Vermont and New Hampshire. We are located 30 minutes from Hanover, NH. Driving time from New York City is 5 hours and from Boston, 3 hours.

Sunday Sitting

Please join us for meditation Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. The morning schedule begins with opening chants, followed by sitting and walking meditation and closing chants until noon.
